Nestled at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Round Hill Virginia, Blue Ridge View is a 1600 square ft apartment located over a 4 bay detached garage. Relaxing and Calming, the apartment boasts pastoral views of local properties, and located just across from a local Christmas Tree Farm. Self check in and two private entrances are provided, one from inside the garage and one from the garage breezeway. There are two designated parking spots in the climate controlled garage along with one EV charger. A firepit table with 4 chairs is the perfect spot to view the stunning sunsets

The upscale design and furnishings give way to relaxing stays. Whether you are here for an event and this is your home base to if you are here to relax and explore the beautiful area that apartment has exactly what you need.
A large bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, closet, smart TV and private balcony. Luxury linens and towels are provided. Extras include blow dryer, extra towels, iron, ironing board, extra blankets, ceiling fan, skylight over the bed with a room darkening shade. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet, sink and vanity, and linen cabinet. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
The balcony just off the bedroom is a great spot to relax on a nice day or evening.
Living Room
The Living Room is a great spot to relax and watch TV, read a book, and just enjoy the views. There is a queen sized sofa bed, two occasional chairs, large smart TV, charging stations and a generous selection of books, puzzles and games. There are two nooks - one with a smaller table and chairs, perfect for computer work, having a bit or doing a puzzle; the second nook is a great pot from which to enjoy the pastoral and mountain views, sit in the comfy chairs and put your feet up on the ottoman to enjoy a beverage in front of the fireplace.
Kitchen
A large kitchen is equipped to cook a lot or cook a little. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, GE appliances - dishwasher, stovetop/oven, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. Additional items include keurig coffee maker, cappuccino maker, popup toaster, counter top small oven that is also an air fryer and toaster, cooking pans, utensils, dishes, glassware. We provide lots of snacks, waters, soft drinks, fresh eggs (when available), milk and butter. At one end of the kitchen is a full sized Speedqueen washer and dryer.
